Who we are

EraseText ("we", "us") runs this website and the image tools on it. You can reach us at hello@erasetext.app.

What we collect

The images and masks you upload; your IP address, which we only keep as a salted hash to limit free previews and prevent abuse; the order ID, amount and status of payments; and your credit code, which is stored in your browser.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number or PayPal login. PayPal's own privacy statement applies to the data you give PayPal.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage and bot protection (Turnstile), fal.ai to run the AI image model, and PayPal for payments. They process data only to provide these services.

How long we keep data

Uploaded images, masks and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax laws require.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your credit code and language. Cloudflare Turnstile and PayPal may set cookies they need for security and payment.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@erasetext.app. If you live in the EU, UK or California you also have the rights your local law gives you, including complaining to a regulator.

Children

EraseText is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
