Every image gets a free preview, so you can judge the result before paying.

Automatic refunds

If HD processing fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.

Refunds on request

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full if the HD file is clearly worse than the preview, if you were charged twice, or if you have not used any credits from a pack.

How to ask

Send your credit code and the PayPal transaction ID to hello@erasetext.app. We reply within two business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal.

Digital content

HD files are delivered immediately. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, you agree that it ends once the download starts. The refunds above still apply.
